2 floors cottages in a modern style, made of eco-friendly Carpathian timber. Wooden stairs, doors and windows are creating an unique microclimate inside the houses.

The cottages are located in a beautiful seafront zone, in the first line of Sanjeika, Odessa region. We have quiet, uncrowded beach in 150 meters from our wooden cottages. The lack of nearby noisy discos and clubs will provide travelers comfort and peaceful living and will give the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea.

The whole complex of houses is covered with a steady Wi-Fi signal.
INFRASTRUCTURE
At a distance of 0.5-1.5 km there are stores and minimarkets.

Cottages are built of profiled timber Carpathian pine.
This allows you to enjoy a unique blend of wood and sea smells. In the houses on 2 floors can freely accommodate 12 people. 10 people on full comfortable beds and 2 people on a folding sofa in the living room.FACILITIES
Each cottage has 2 bathrooms – on each floor with a shower. There are also a washing machine, boiler.
KITCHEN
The houses are equipped with a full-fledged kitchen with all necessary cooking accessories.
There is a common BBQ zonePARKING
In the courtyard of each house there are parking spaces for 2-3 cars
SAFETY
The territory of all 6 cottages is equipped with video surveillance cameras, without violating the rules of privacy for holidaymakers.
